Do my customers need to download an app?
No TAPPIT app is required. A compatible phone opens the Google review flow from the card’s link. Customers need to sign into a Google account to write and submit their review.
Will it work with my customers’ phones?
TAPPIT works with compatible NFC-enabled iPhones and Android phones. The tap experience depends on the phone and its settings; customers may need to open the notification that appears. Their phone also needs internet access.
Does the card need charging or Wi-Fi?
Neither. The passive NFC card has no battery and needs no charging cable or Wi-Fi connection. Your customer’s phone uses its own internet connection to open Google.
How do you connect it to my business?
Share the destination link with our team. We configure the card for that outlet and test it before handover. It can be a Google review link or any normal website link using http:// or https://.
Can I order for more than one outlet?
Yes. Each outlet can have cards connected to its own destination. Tell us your locations and preferred placement points when you enquire.
Does a tap automatically leave a review?
No. A tap opens the review journey. Your customer chooses whether to write and submit an honest review. TAPPIT does not guarantee a number of reviews, a rating, or a higher Google ranking.
Is there a monthly subscription?
The physical card is offered as a one-time purchase. We’ll confirm the included managed-link service, setup, delivery and total before you order. Any future optional dashboard service will have separately stated terms.
